You don’t need to prepare any paperwork. We provide complete export documentation and handle details carefully to support a smooth process, including:

• Phytosanitary Certificate
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Any additional standard documents required for export (as applicable)

Processing, shipping & dispatch timeline

• Ships from Indonesia with protective packing to help plants arrive safely.
• Flat shipping rate: $40 for the USA and $49 for Europe. No minimum or maximum number of plants. You can purchase any quantity with the same shipping cost.
• Processing  / shipping / dispatch: 7-10 business days after process confirmation
• Live plants are packed with protective measures to reduce transit stress.

Claims & rare DOA cases

Plant loss is very rare with our packing standards and export experience. If an issue occurs:

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after opening the package
• We will offer either:
• Up to 50% refund, or
• Reshipment (shipping cost covered by the buyer)

Claim requirements: Please provide clear unboxing photos and/or a short video for verification.
