We use DHL Express only, to ensure consistent handling and compliance for live plant exports.

  • Europe: $49
  • Other countries: Shipping fees will be confirmed upon request
  • FREE SHIPPING order over $300
  • Processing & preparation: 5-7 business days
  • Transit time: approximately 3-5 days after dispatch

Not exactly. Plants are natural products, so size, color, and leaf shape may vary slightly. Photos are for reference only.

Due to the nature of live plants and international shipping, we do not accept returns.

We understand that shipping live plants internationally involves risks.

Claims may be accepted if:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos are provided showing:
    1. The plant condition
    2. The shipping box and label

Each claim is reviewed case by case.

If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following options:

  • 50% refund of the plant price, or
  • Reshipment of the plant, with shipping costs covered by the customer

The available option will be discussed openly, and we will work together to find the best possible solution.

Claims are not accepted for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (small leaf marks, scratches, discoloration)
  • Temporary transit stress
  • Issues caused by customs delays or inspections
  • Improper care or handling after delivery
