Succulentasia specializes in shipping live plants internationally. We take plant health, careful preparation, and compliance with export standards seriously to ensure the best possible delivery experience.


1. Shipping Coverage

We ship ornamental plants internationally, subject to the import regulations of each destination country.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that live plants are permitted to enter their country. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using DHL Express with professional export handling.

We currently offer one shipping option only to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are flat-rate per order, regardless of the number of plants:

  • United States: $40

  • Europe: $49

  • Other countries: Shipping fees will be calculated or confirmed upon request.

No minimum or maximum quantity per shipment.

4. Processing & Dispatch Time

All plants require careful preparation before export.

Estimated processing timeline:

  • Plant preparation & inspection

  • Laboratory check (if required)

  • Phytosanitary certificate issuance

  • Secure packing

Total processing time: approximately 5-7 business days
(Processing time may vary due to inspections, holidays, or weather conditions.)


5. Transit Time

Transit time depends on the destination country and local customs clearance.

  • Average international delivery: 3-5 days after dispatch

  • Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, or courier handling beyond our control.


6. Export Documents

We handle all required export documentation, including:

  • Phytosanitary Certificate

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Standard export documents (as applicable)

You do not need to prepare any paperwork on your side.


7. Plant Condition & Natural Variations

Live plants are natural products. Minor imperfections such as:

  • Small leaf marks

  • Minor cosmetic damage

  • Temporary stress from transit

are considered normal and do not affect plant viability.

We carefully avoid shipping plants with major health issues.


8. Customs, Import Permits & Taxes

  • Import permits, customs clearance, local taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Succulentasia is not responsible for delays, confiscation, or additional fees caused by local regulations.


9. Claim & Refund Policy

Claims are only accepted if:

  • The package arrives with severe damage or dead-on-arrival (DOA).

  • Clear photos or videos are provided within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The shipping box, label, and plant condition are clearly visible.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of live plants, refunds or replacements are evaluated case by case.


10. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once processing begins
