Refund & Claim Policy

Succulentasia ships live plants with careful preparation and export handling. Due to the nature of live plants and international shipping, all sales are subject to the following refund and claim conditions.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final.
We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed.


2. Claim Eligibility (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

Claims are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The plant arrives severely damaged or dead on arrival (DOA)

  • The claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos are provided, showing:

    • The plant condition

    • The shipping box and label

    • All affected parts of the plant

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.


3. What Is NOT Covered

We do not accept claims for:

  • Minor cosmetic damage (scratches, small leaf tears, blemishes)

  • Temporary stress due to transit (yellowing, leaf drop, dehydration)

  • Root disturbance or soil shifting during shipping

  • Damage caused by:

    • Delay in customs clearance

    • Weather conditions

    • Improper handling after delivery

    • Failure to follow local import regulations

These are normal risks associated with shipping live plants.


4. Import Regulations & Customs Issues

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Verifying import legality of live plants in their country

  • Securing import permits if required

  • Paying local taxes, duties, or inspection fees

Succulentasia is not responsible for:

  • Confiscation or destruction by customs authorities

  • Delays caused by customs inspection

  • Rejected shipments due to missing import permits

No refunds will be issued in these cases.


5. Claim Resolution

If a claim is approved, Succulentasia may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Partial refund 50%

  • Store credit

  • Reshipment of the plant, with shipping costs covered by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The available option will be discussed openly, and we will work together to find the best possible solution.


6. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

7. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the buyer

  • Returned due to incorrect address

No refunds or replacements will be issued.

By placing an order on Succulentasia.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Claim Policy.
